We requested compost bin quotes from vendors all over the world — from the U.S., Canada, Germany, Israel, Slovakia, and China. The highest quality bins with the lowest shipping cost come from our Canadian vendor EnviroWorld. We've negotiated a price of $36.00 per bin plus shipping and includes an EnviroWorld 10-year warranty. Shipping costs range from $4 to $10 per bin depending on the volume purchased (more bins = lower shipping cost per bin). We occasionally do a bulk purchase in July after the MD municipal fiscal year begins. This may include joint purchases between several municipalities that reduce the shipping cost by increasing the purchase volume (400 to 800 bins).
